CMI get a ride in Tasman's V8 race car Phillip Island Sponsors Day - Grant Cookson 19/12/2007
What has CMI's construction Lasers and Tasman Motorsport got to do with each other? Well CMI supplied them with one of our CX304r lasers to aid them in setting up various aspects of their V8 Supercars. As a result we got some hot laps around Phillip Island race track piloted by Greg Murphy, what an awsome experience it was too. All of us here at CMI would like to thank the Tasman guys and offer them the best of luck for the 2008 season.

CMI now has available video on demand demonstrating the PRO1000 laser. This is the first step to having our complete range of lasers being demonstrated in short video clips. This we believe at CMI will help you, our customer, pick the best laser for your application. The videos are played using Flash, so you will require the Adobe Flash Player which is a free download. We have kept the file size small so that those of you not on high speed broadband do not have to wait too long. Some laser level manufacturers offer a 12 month warranty some a two year and some a three year to entice buyers to their products, however, the devil is in the detail. Some laser level brands offer a 3 year warranty that revert back to a 1 year warranty if you do not register the product on their web site, which is fine if you remember or happen read the clause in the instruction book but I guess many of us forget to do this. Some offer a two year warranty but only if you pay
to get the laser serviced every six months.

NEW OUTDOOR CROSS HAIR LINE LASERS - Grant Cookson 20/06/2006
The CX300 series (CX302R, CX303R and CX304R) can be used as conventional multi line cross hair laser levels indoors but with the laser pulsing technology can be used outdoor with hand held or staff mounted receivers supplied.
